We are cooking the soup for tonight’s event! Linda Troni, Essen food talent, is preparing the 4 colored soups, she did also the previuos project, Pita Bag, presented during a series of 3 events about a review of the international street food working on the rules of STREET FOOD MANIFESTO by . RADIO will host also this evening, in which we’ll show and eat an interpretation of NYC-take-away soup.
There will be also an anticipation of New York street food’s images – a project by Nadia Moro for Essen and all the pics about today’s soup preparation taken by Chiara Racheli.
